Public Participation Training
Public participation (also known as public consultation) is where government bodies and corporations engage in the critical public conversations they need to make good decisions.
This is an exciting field for facilitation. Typically large in scale, it’s where the big debates occur and where important issues are rallied.
pattillo is the only NZ-based provider of internationally accredited public participation training, Anne Pattillo is the New Zealand Coordinator and board member of the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2).
The Certificate Programme
If you are interested in this field; the most rigorously developed and recognised training available is the International Association of Public Participation (IAP2) Certificate Programme.
At Pattillo we offer the Certificate Programme which is run through three courses. On completion of all three courses, participants will attain IAP2 certification.
